I (Ábalta) bought this duplex in 2006 History of the building House was built in 1910, modified into a duplex in 1950. Don't know the earlier history of the house. Not to long before the previous owner bought the duplex there where shady people living in it which hard several problem with local authorities.

One day talk to one of the team members of The Mystic Guide at work about what I and my family were feeling in the house.

This is one incident which happened to me. I had just finished with the Oil company guy who had lite the furnace and led him out threw the side basement door. I lock the top inside door and was walking down the stairs to the inner basement door when it closed. Then I felt something push my left arm which completely distracted me. I missed the bottom step and broke both my ankles. I was so scared I found the courage to stand up and walk my way threw the unfinished and finished basement, then up those stairs and to my living room to call 911.

She asked me to take photos all over my house. Taragon and his partner come over which we then did a House Smudging, from then on there was no more activity in the house. After further talk and meeting with Taragon and his partner I joined the Team and The Mystic Guide was created.

	This photo was taken in the unfinished part of the basement. You can make out a face on the right one. This ended up being a open door the other side. When anyone would go into this part it always felt like someone/thing was watching you and a great urge to leave. My youngest daughter who is also able to see spirits refused to go down there. Several times my daughter said she could see a male figure at the bottom of the stair.
	My youngest daughter kept stating she was being woken up at night by spirits and she was quite scared. This is a photo of her bedroom closet which is right under the stairway where I broke both my ankles.
	When I went to bed at night, if my bedroom closet was open I would wake up a see a male figure stand in the corner of my closet.
